Quick recipe for Balsamic Mint sauce from The Improvisational Cook: 2 tbsp evoo, 2+ tsp balsamic (we like ours with a little more acid), 1/4 cup chopped mint, s&p, and roasted garlic for kicks (since we had it and needed to use it).
