If the warm weather is truly here to stay, then it’s officially iced tea season! Try sprucing up your traditional iced tea with some bubbles/tapioca pearls and fresh mint!
Blackberry Mint Bubble Tea
- Fill teapot to the max, or bring about 1 qt+ water to a boil.
- Steep 2 tbsp mint tea or fresh leaves, 2 tbsp blackberry tea for 15-20
minutes, when tea is very dark.
- Stir in 1-2 tbsp cane sugar to dissolve and slightly sweeten the tea.
- Fill a large pitcher 2/3 with ice.
- Pour the hot, strong tea into the ice and stir.
- Make bubbles according to package directions or these.
- Use a little bit of honey to sweeten the tapioca pearls once they’re done
and still warm.
- Fill a tall glass 1/3 full with tapioca pearls, add a few ice cubes,
and pour your tea.
- Drink and enjoy!
